Sale at Ann Taylor

Everyday, I walk by Ann Taylor at 68th & Broadway near my apartment. Whenever I walk by, I always think of the time when two people at my old work were wearing almost identical bright pink sweaters. And better yet, one of them was a guy (albeit, he's gay.) I said, "Why are you guys wearing the same sweater?" Then I asked, "What, was there a sale at Ann Taylor?"

I teased this guy for the next few months about his "Ann Taylor" sweater.

i LOVE ann taylor. unfortunately i cannot actually AFFORD ann taylor. if i'm splurging, i can almost afford ann taylor loft. so sad. i only own one thing from ann taylor which i didn't even buy myself. a dress i really liked that my husband snuck back and bought for me when i wouldn't buy it for myself. very audrey hepburn. that being said, i would never voluntarily wear a bright pink sweater. not even if i was a gay man.

HAHAHA!!! I can see myself saying the same thing. But then again, my gay friend loves to wear women's clothes anyway, so he'd probably give me a really feisty reply.

My junior prom dress was from Ann Taylor. I still fit into it. I try to tell people that anytime there's a reasonable segue to put it into the conversation. Thanks for letting me brag, 11 years later.

The way I see it, this could be anywhere from truly enlightening to completely pointless and stupid.
