The Germans Must Love Me

I seem to not be able to escape the Germans. A company is interested in sending me to Munich for five months, all expenses paid. It's tempting if not only for the fact that all my meals will be covered in addition to my lodging. But the job itself is boring and is pretty much the same as what I used to do, so there isn't much career advancement for me. Still, five months will go by fast, and who knows when a chance like this will come up again.

I'll sleep on it. I should be asleep anyway.

Sometimes, it's not always about career advancement. If I were single and this came up, I would take it. Sublet your place. Five months is short.

OH JUST GO AND LEAVE ME LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!

HAHAHA!

I know how much you like traveling, so if it was me, I would probably consider it.

I love the idea of going for a short-term. I did it in Japan (it was performing, but still a job) and LOVED it. Am so glad I did it.

Go! This is a great opportunity! Just the jump-start you're looking for!

I say, DO IT! How many people get a chance to live in Germany for 5 months with all expenses paid?

Yes, the job may be similar to what you have done before but it will look super impressive on the resume when you say you did it in Germany (and not NJ). GO TO GERMANY.

And then I can come visit.
