It's like an episode of Antiques Roadshow, which I happen to love, especially when it turns out that the heirloom they brought in is actually worth about the price of a pack of gum. Anyway, some guy bought a Velvet Underground album for $0.75 at a flea market and then sold it on eBay for over $155,000!
I need to go treasure hunting at flea markets.

Don't people still occasionally find fiestaware and that other stuff (the green glass stuff Martha also loves) at yard sales all the time?
yeah, it's amazing that certain items actually have a market for them, and lucrative market, no less
I doubt this sort of thing happens very often though.. this eBay thingy is pretty crazy huh.
